TIE BAR
Formwork Tie Rod bars are available in two diameters 15 and 20mm. bars are carried in stock lengths that can be cut to size.





CONES
These cones are used at the ends of the rigid sleeve and can be easily extracted after removal of formwork, to form a chamfered recess for subsequent grouting.








Aquafix / Supa-Plug


AQUAFIX

Aquafix is a stopper made from a resilient synthetic rubber (non biodegradable).














SUPA-PLUG

Is a polymer modified cementitious powder designed specifically for plugging tie holes. When mixed with water it forms a cohesive easy-to-apply shrink compensating compound and cures to develop a strongly bonded watertight plug to form an effective seal.


Rigid Sleeve


RIGID SLEEVE
This sleeve is a rigid PVC tube, supplied in 2 metre lengths which can be easily cut to the required size.

Also acting as a spacer to ensure correct width of wall.

CHAMFER EDGE PROFILES

An extruded plastic section for forming chamfered corners to columns and beams.

The optional nailing flange provides easy fixing to corner moulds and
safe stripping thus ensuring maximum re-use.

NOTE: Supplied in 2.5m lengths.
