Cementitious Grouts
SUPA-FLOW HF
High strength non-shrink cementitious grouts. Ready to use dry powder requiring addition of water to produce either a free flowing grout or a trowellable mortar which maintains its original volume after curing. Excellent durability and high strength. For grouting beneath machine and stanchion bases, crane and transporter rails. Grouting of holding down bolts and dowel bars. Non-shrink repairs to concrete. Supa-Flow HF complies with DTp specifications Clause 2601.4 Exceptional Flow Characteristics.
ULTRA HIGH STRENGTH
Very high strength cementitious non shrink grout. This grout has high flow characteristics and reaches 35n/mm2 after just 1 day. It’s 28 day strength is 80n/mm2 Complies with D.O.T. Highways Agency Spec. 2601
DEEP SECTION GROUTS
As above but for deeper section grouting above 100mm in one layer.

SUPA-FLOW EP EPOXY BASE, HARDENER & FILLER
Supplied as a 3 component product for epoxy grout applications. This epoxy grout consists of base, hardener and filler components for high performance grouting of critical structures and machinery which are subject to heavy loading and vibration. Typical installations for epoxy grout are bridges, crane rails, high speed turbines, motors and reciprocating compressors.
Conical Bolt Boxes
Manufactured from waxed cardboard these bolt boxes enable easy bolt location adjustment with minimum displacement of reinforcement and concrete.
Volumes of grout are approximate and do not include any allowance for grouting under base plates, or the actual bolt.

SUPA-FIX POLYESTER RESIN ANCHOR GROUTS ‘S’ AND ‘P’ GRADES
Two part resin/powder grout for rapid fixing of bolts/ dowels/ties/starter bars. 2.5 lt or 8lt packs in Standard (pouring grade) and Pumpable (Thixotropic Grade)
SUPA-SET POLYESTER RESIN ANCHOR CARTRIDGES
Fast Set 300cc / 380cc cartridges. No mixing – this grout is used straight from the gun enabling placement into the hole without wastage. Suitable also for overhead use. Partly used cartridges are re-usable.
Approx volume of epoxy grout or polyester resin grout needed in ml for each 100mm bond length. Minimum grout bond length Recommended 200mm
