CONCRETE JOINT SEALANTS

SUPA-FLEX POLYURETHANE SEALANT
A high modulus one part grey polyurethane concrete joint sealant supplied in 600ml foil sausages for use in reservoir and sewerage works, sea defence works and joints in heavily trafficked floors conforms to BS6920 and DW1 Reg L5(1)B and ISO 11600-F-25LM.

HOW MUCH JOINT SEALANT DO I NEED?
The following formula should be used to estimate the amount of concrete joint sealant required in Ltr.

This should then be divided by the pack size to give the quantity of units (ie 0.6Ltr Supa-flex)

Hot Poured Sealants, Silicone & Fire Resistant Sealants


HOT POURED SEALANTS
Rubberised bitumen hot poured sealants grade N2 for pavement and floor sealing supplied in 20kg sacks

SILICONE SEALANTS
General purpose silicone sealant. Available in clear only.

FIRE RESISTANT SEALANTS
Fire resistant sealant for internal glazing, duct work, fire doors and windows, internal partitions. Giving up to 4 hours fire rating.

ARDEX K301

Fast Setting Resurfacing and Levelling Compound

Features:

  • Suitable for internal and external applications.
  • For smoothing and resurfacing paths, drives, parking areas, courtyards etc.
  • Cost effective solution for smoothing rough or impact damaged concrete.
  • Fast setting – walkable after 2-3 hours.
  • Rapid hardening – can withstand light vehicular traffic after 48 hours.
  • Easy to mix and apply – pumpable.
  • Apply from 2mm to 20mm thick in a single application.
  • Ideal for levelling floors prior to the application of ARDEX DPM.
  • Can be used with suitable resin coatings.



ARDEX A46

Rapid Setting and Hardening External Repair Mortar

Features:

  • For infilling holes around fittings and for patch work on wall and floor areas.
  • For internal and external use.
  • Rapid hardening – walkable in 2-3 hours.
  • For repairing stair treads and risers.
  • To produce gradients for ramps.
  • To smooth wall and floor areas from 2 to 30mm thick.
  • Easy to smooth and float.
  • Stress and crack free.
  • Wearing surface in lightly trafficked areas.
  • Ideal for patch repairs prior to the application of suitable damp proof membranes.



ARDITEX NA
Ultra Rapid Setting Latex Sub-Floor Levelling and Smoothing Compound – No Ammonia

Features:

  • Apply floorcoverings after 4 hours.
  • Suitable for use over most old adhesive residues.
  • Excellent adhesion to almost all substrates.
  • Unaffected by moisture, can be used under a damp proof membrane.
  • Low odour and protein free.
  • Apply to 30mm incorporating ARDEX Coarse Aggregate.
  • Can be used on steel decks in marine and offshore application.



ARDEX P 51
Concentrated Water-Based Primer and Bonding Agent

Features:

  • Multipurpose – Suitable for a wide range of applications.
  • Easy to use, dilute as appropriate for the application.
  • For floors, walls and ceilings, including dense and porous surfaces.
  • Ideal for sealing and priming gypsum based plasters and screeds
